I am a man of diverse knowledge, interests and a broad mind horizon. I am a former researcher and professor of national and international security. I am also a former Secretary of State at the Ministry of Defence. My lead is thinking strategically and heartful quest for a safer environment in every sense for all people. I see the future of the European Union in its ability to provide security for its citizens and at the same time as being able to maintain internal solidarity.
I am striving for a European Union that is secure, internationally recognized and internally solidary, since only that kind of EU can guarantee all its citizens and people a high standard of living, freedom of movement, free movement of goods and services, respect and protection of human rights, as well as a high level of social security and personal freedom.
